Firstly welcome to The Ministry Gyms page dedicated to females of all ages. Here we will aim to educate and empower you to develop and maintain a positive relationship with your mind and body. As women we are on a continuous path of change from puberty to pregnancy to menopause and beyond. We spend a large portion of our time putting others first.....as mothers, grandmothers, wives, partners, friends and prominent business figures.

Since our Gym has been open we have seen instant changes in the way our female members train, their attitude and their commitment has grown with the atmosphere we've given them.

Time is precious and sometimes it can feel like we have little time for ourselves to do the things that make us feel good. Sadly, some areas of the fitness industry overcomplicate nutrition and training predominantly for the fact that 'fad diets' and 'quick fix' pieces of training kit make money. We appreciate that time is sometimes limited but with correct training and a simple approach to healthy nutrition you can achieve the results you want without hours of cardio or calorie/point counting diets.
